Details:	06.20.2023-System did not meet CT required: I contacted David to discuss the SWTR report that showed the system failed to meet the required CT during 5 days near the end of May. Tier 2 public notice required. A copy of the template sent via email. Next steps: The system has to post a Tier 2 public notification. Operator was reminded that the system is required to notify DWS within 24 hours if chlorine at entry point is ever below 0.2 ppm, or CT not met.
