| Details: | Called John about significant deficiencies in updating the emergency response plan, submitting the annual summary (CWS), and updating the operator certificate. John is almost done updating the emergency response plan which required a few days to complete. He is made aware of submitting the CWS report before 7/1/2023 and informed he cannot find an online operator course to obtain an operator certificate. There is an in-person course in Baker City starting in September 2023. | ||
