| Details: | 06.21.2023-TC Positive detected Melvin informed me that the lab reported that one of their most recent coliform samples tested TC positive and absence of E. Coli. Free chlorine residual at the EP was above 0.5 ppm. Free chlorine residual in the distribution was above 0.4 ppm. Next steps: Melvin was instructed to collect 3 RP samples and one TG sample. No corrective action should be taken prior to resampling. The operator was also advised to update their written coliform sampling plan. |
