| Details: | Informed Tom that Cold Springs Water was been issued another violation today for no Monthly Groundwater Report submitted for the month of May. This is the report that documents the daily chlorine residuals and is required to be submitted to the State by the 10th of the following month. I asked him to begin submitting these reports on time, at least six months in a row need to be submitted on time in order to return to compliance. Informed Tom that I will email him anytime Cold Springs receives a violation and a violation postcard should be mailed to them as well. Tom Harbolt is the new contact for this system as the old operator had some legal troubles and needed to leave. Trying to get Tom up to speed with monitoring and reporting so that this system can return to compliance. | ||
