Requested that the system call Drinking Water Services and provide an update on what has been done (type of corrective action) since the repeat and triggered source sample tested positive for coliform. If the system has not done corrective action, recommended that the system consider shock chlorination. Also, mentioned that a Level 2 Investigation needed to be completed by July 27th. | ||
