Details:	12.15.2023-Cindy reported via email that the O&M Manual was completed on 12.01.2023. Adjustments made to the coliform sampling plan. no further actions needed at this time. 11.21.2023-Cindy sent a copy of the Coli sampling plan. Plan approved on 11.21.2023. Next steps: Complete the (O & M Manual). 11.20.2023-Rick collected an AS sample on November 1. I emailed Cindy reminding her to complete the system's Coliform Sampling Plan and the Operation and Maintenance Manual (O & M Manual). 10.16.2023-I emailed Rick reminding him of the pending survey deficiencies due on October 30, 2023. Next steps: Confirm via email completion of the operation and maintenance manual and submit a coliform sampling plan by October 30, 2023. The system also has to collect an AS sample by December 31, 2023. 07.03.2023-Cindy reported that the system has installed mesh 24 screens over the vents of the two storage tanks. Pictures provided. The system is still working on their coliform sampling plan and their Operation and Maintenace manual. Next steps: Confirm via email completion of the operation and maintenance manual and submit a coliform sampling plan by October 30, 2023. The system also has to collect an AS sample by December 31, 2023. 06.26.2023-WS Survey report emailed to operator. Corrective actions due on October 30, 2023.
