Details:	Spoke to Mr. Winkler, indirectly, through store employeee. Told her to not only have the weekly sampler take three REPEATS, but first also to verify the chlorination system operation since no chlorine residual was detected last week. Update: Mr. Winkler later today said he drained the water tank and refilling tank with chlorinated water.
