Details:	System has 11 points due to late monthly chlorine reporting and missed routine coliforms March, April and May 2023. Spoke to and emailed Pat regarding missed reporting and need to get remainder of this seasons reports in on time. Missed routines will auto RTC with on-time results. I will RTC missed chlorine records with several on-time reports. System is open year-round, but not always consistently due to weather. System is on monthly sampling due to missed samples although they could qualify for quarterly sampling with 12 months on-time routine samples.
