| Details: | Monthly routine coliform sample was positive for total coliforms. Spoke with operator who had already taken the triggered sample and three repeat coliform samples. Lab reported to operator that the repeats were positive for total coliform, the triggered source sample was negative. Operator thinks problem may be with tanks, will disinfect. |
