| Details: | System monthly routine coliform sample was positive for Total Coliform. Contacted system spoke with person who will relay message about taking 3 repeat samples in distribution, one at same site at the positive sample, one upstream and one downstream in distribution if possible. Also, will take one triggered sample at the source AA. Left my contact information if there are any questions about taking the samples. Was contacted by system representative on 6/28. The plan is not to take anymore samples and begin working on installing chlorination for residual maintenance. |
