Details:	NCPHD received a complaint today from a resident at View Point Trailer Court. She was concerned for the drinking water quality and how the operations were conducted to take the VOC samples that were strongly recommended due to the Mile Post 87 fire. She stated that the public notice only reflected a "Boil Water Notice" that was originally distributed due to the loss of pressure from the fire and not the "Do Not Drink/Do Not Boil" notice that was updated due to the condition of some of the residences that likely had pvc plumbing and were impacted by the fire. I gave Debbie Oregon DWS contact information to file a formal complaint through them and informed her that the samples were drawn on Friday. Because Doug was unable to ship the samples on Friday, he is overnighting them today. Once the results have been submitted, NPCHD will notify Doug for the procedures moving forward, including updating the public notice.
