| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding the recent issuance of civil penalties for the city based on noncompliance with the administrative order. We discussed the required overdue completion of the corrective action plan to address disinfection byproducts. I informed him of the potential for a settlement to be reached based on city's compliance and communication. We also discussed the availability of the state circuit rider program to help facilitate the completion of the corrective action plan. He stated he would communicate this information with the city administrator the following day and the mayor/city Council at the next council meeting. | ||
