Details: Jackson County staff contacted operator regarding the test results for the repeat and triggered samples which were present for total coliform on 6/25. She reported to the operator that a Level 2 Investigation would be generated. In addition, a requirement letter from OHA-DWS for installation of residual maintenance disinfection, due to the number of failed samples, was sent to the contact address on this date.
