| Details: | NCPHD was contacted by Sarah Rockwell with DEQ lab services to confirm that the samples were shipped by Doug Best however, they were submitted to the incorrect lab (Alexin) rather than the lab indicated on the kit that was provided. Sarah was working with that lab to ensure that they would be able to prepare for those samples that were being submitted and that she would make NPCHD aware of the results once they were determined. | ||
