| Details: | Called and left voice message for Ariel recommending shock chlorination and flushing of the system followed by 3 temp routines in July. The source sample and two of the repeat samples have confirmed total coliform detections. I asked him to call me back with any questions. I emailed Ariel a copy of the L1 investigation form. | ||
