| Details: | Contacted the operator regarding the TC+ on the repeat. Spoke to her about the fact that she did 3 triggered and 1 repeat instead of the opposite. I sent information regarding disinfecting the system and she is going to get everything cleaned out and then submit a 'special' sample in on Wednesday to verify the distribution system has been properly disinfected. She will also be submitting a L1 investigation. | ||
