| Details: | The system was required to install orthophosphate for corrosion control by 6/30/22. The requirement is due to multiple copper MCL violations which occurred in November 2019 and August 2022. The operator reports having the equipment and orthophosphate on site and working to find a vendor to install it. He requested a 60 day extension due to a supply chain issue obtaining a phosphate meter to measure orthophosphate residuals in the system. I granted the request and changed the schedule to 8/30/23. |
