| Details: | 2 of the 3 of the recent repeat distribution samples came back as positive for total coliform, and a triggered sample for Well #11 tested as negative. I spoke with Mike Stone and told him that the triggered sample for the other active well, #8 appears to have been missed. Mike said he will contact David, the water system’s other operator to coordinate a water sample to be collected from well #8, as this might help determine if well #8 may have contributed to the positive total coliform results in distribution. Note: Columbia Hills HOA - Upper will remain an "OVS - Oregon Very Small System" until well #14 and the new Reservoir both achieve final approval, thus allowing this system along with the Columbia Hills HOA main system (#41-06118) to combine together into one water system. |
