Details: Met with Verna Pike today to discuss some items about her sampling. I went over with her how she takes the reading for free chlorine when she submits the coliform tests. I showed her on the form how to fill it out properly. We also further discussed that she needs 3 repeats and a triggered source sample. We then went out to the well and I showed her where she should be taking those samples including from the sample tap for the triggered source sample. Additionally, I noted that there didn't seem to be anything being pumped across the pump (nothing seemed to be in the outlet side of pump). She is going to check with the installer.
