| Details: | Dave, provided assurance that water system use was far less than at least 25 people on premises 60 or more days per year. He doubts that total is met 25 days per year. As such the OVS paperwork will be submitted. He is dutifully sampling for coliform monthly between firehall and the library, but apparently marking lab slips as "assessment" samples. I advised that he mark lab slips as "routine" samples and I would ask DWS to change sample type to "routine" for some or all of the April, May, June 2023 samples. Dave stated intention to still correct remaining deficiencies: (1) collect an arsenic sample and (2) eliminate the pull rope extending from the well casing and to notify CHW when work is completed. |
