| Details: | Received several emails from customers that the water system was out of water from approx 8:30-10:40 am today 7/6/2023 and no boil water notice issued. Called Butch and discussed need for boil water notice due to loss of pressure for any length of time. Butch said it only affected the top few homes near the reservoir. I also asked that he take follow up sample(s) to ensure no bacteria and then let users know water safe to use. I emailed Butch and Victoria loss of pressure boil template. I also emailed 5 homeowners template and planned outage BMP as they want to issue notice to users themselves. Will contact Butch again to ensure special sample taken and absent of bacteria. |
