| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator as he had questions about plan review and nitrate sampling. It was discussed that this is a small state regulated system and is not required to pay a plan review fee. It was also discussed that the system would not be subject to a full plan review but a more punctuated version. I have already connected the operator with his plan review engineer with OHA. An additional email will be sent to the plan review engineer for clarification on what is required of a small system. | ||
