| Details: | I talked with Darin the water operator on 7/11/2023 at 3:55 pm and discussed with that we received a water quality alert showing that all three repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. Operator is unsure of what the cause of the coliform contamination. I discussed with the operator that a level 1 investigation is triggered and that the form will need to be completed and submitted to our office within 30 days. The Operator will follow up our office as soon as they discover the cause of the contamination. I sent an email to Darin and Elaine with Oregon 4-H at 4:15 pm that three(3) temporary routine samples will be required next month ( 08/1/2023 - 08/30/2023) |
