Details:	07.12.2023-Commissioner Rob Taylor reached out to inform that Coos County has not yet made any determinations regarding the future of the property in question. However, when they do, and before any action, Commissioner Taylor will contact DWS to make sure the path forward is correct regarding the water system. 07.11.2023-Naomi Ulsted, the Board Secretary for Bob Belloni Ranch, informed me that Bob Belloni Ranch has closed down as of July 10, 2023. The water was last tested on Friday, July 9th, and was in compliance at that time. There is no one at the property so the status for OHA can be moved to "inactive." The facility has been turned over to Coos County. Bob Belloni Ranch staff met with Commissioner Rod Taylor this morning and reviewed the water situation. No clear plans to reopen at this time. Next steps: Commission Rob Taylor was advised to reach out to DWS prior to changes to the water system or plans to reopen the facility. A request was sent to DMCE to inactivate the system. 07.05.2023-Ty informed me that Bob Belloni Ranch is closing down due to financial issues. Ty also clarified that before putting the system back online the lines were flushed, free chlorine levels checked, and a coliform sample was submitted to the lab. 06.22.2023-Ty reported that today he changed over to their normal source (Davis reek) and the system was placed back online.
