| Details: | I spoke with Carol on 4:27 pm in regards to the Nitrate results for EP-A Wells #1, #2 & #4 and EP-B Well #3. EP-A Nitrates results are higher than normal based on past data. Carol stated that they are taking a special nitrate sample at EP-A wells #1, #2, & #4 just to verify the results. Discussed with Carol about going to quarterly Nitrate sampling for EP-A. EP-B well nitrates are on a annual sampling schedule and are reliable and consistent. No changes will be made to schedule. 7/24/2023 - Talked with Carol with Luckimaute in regards to the Nitrate sample at EP-A. The nitrate sample came back at 1.25 MG/L. Discussed with operator that I will put EP-A on quarterly monitoring and discussed that if the next four consecutive quarters are reliable and consistent, then monitoring can return to annual sampling per OAR 333-061-0036 (c)(B) |
