Details:	I spoke with Carol on 4:27 pm. I informed her that a violation was generated for CCRs not being submitted to OHA by July 1, 2023. She stated that she sent out the CCRs and certification form on the 23rd of June. Following up with OHA to see if the CCRs were received.
