| Details: | Emailed Josh to remind him that the survey deficiency correction for the underground fuel storage tank found within 100 feet of well is due on July 26th. He emailed me back a report from an Environmental Services Company and stated that they are awaiting approval from DEQ. UPDATE 8/16: Made contact again with Joshua and Tammy, his mother, regarding the deficiency leftover from the survey. I let them know that the deficiency was overdue as of July 26th. I asked them again to fill out the setback waiver form and turn it into the State with supporting documents. Tammy stated she will help Joshua get the documents submitted. |
