| Details: | Russel Griffith returned my call and email from the day before regrading the positive coliform sample at the kitchen sink location and the possibility of invalidating the sample since the triggered and repeat upstream/downstream sample locations were absent for coliform. By the time Mr. Griffith called back it was too late to invalidate the samples so the system will need to complete a Level 1 investigation. Mr. Griffith did mentioned that they cleaned and resampled the swivel kitchen faucet. I recommended that they don't collect coliform samples from gooseneck/swivel faucets. | ||
