| Details: | I emailed over a copy of the CCR checklist to Steve and Karen on 7/12/2023 at 1:30PM. I noted that a violation was generated in regards to the CCRs not being received by OHA on time (July 1, 2023) and have not been received by OHA since 2019. Received a response on 7/13/2023 from Karon and Steve. They stated that they mailed their CCRs to each neighbor and personally mailed the confirmation to the state each each. I provided a copy of the CCR certification form and the CCR checklist to the operator so they can verify that the information they have been mailing in to OHA each year is correct. I also mailed out a copy of the certification form and CCR checklist. The operator stated they will resend out the CCR paperwork. - 7/14/2023 |
