| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Casey Lyon with OHA reached out to the CR to assist GVWA with issues they were having with their SAM registration. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider researched the issue and spoke with Steve Pennington. Steve elected to work further with a representative from the SAM registration website to resolve the issue. Steve indicated that if he was unable to resolve the issue with his SAM registration contact, that he would reach back out to the CR for help.
