| Details: | I discussed the violation for the lack of a source water assessment sample in 2016 that was in SDWIS with Jesse Gibson. The firm did take an assessment sample in 2017, but had not taken one as of yet in 2018. Mr. Gibson stated he would take the 2018 source water assessment sample as soon as possible. | ||
