| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Montie Torgeson reached out to the circuit rider and indicated that they were in the process of updating their water system. The water system has secured funding for upgrades and needs assistance regarding contact time. The current system consists of 8,000 feet of 4” pipe. System has a “middle tank” that they would like to eliminate because it causes issues and would like to pump straight from wells to the 100,000-gallon reservoir. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider assisted by filling out a 4-log disinfection verification worksheet that the operator can submit with his plan drawings as part of the disinfection plan review package to OHA. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
