| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Zach Golik of OHA reached out indicating that the water system needed assistance with plan review documents pertaining to the mandated installation of 4-log virus inactivation due to a recent positive E. coli test. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider assisted by filling out a 4-log disinfection verification worksheet that the operator can submit with his plan drawings as part of the disinfection plan review package to OHA. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further as needed.
