Details:	Called Russel Griffith and informed him of the positive coliform sample at the kitchen sink. He was informed that he had to collect 3 repeat samples (original location, upstream and downstream) and a triggered source sample. Also, explained that if the two (upstream and downstream) and triggered samples were absent for coliform he could request to have the kitchen sink invalidated. I also let him know I would email him a copy of the monitoring schedule. Kitchen sink came back positive for coliform and the upstream, downstream and source samples were absent.
