Details:	System continues to have intermittent water outages for 6-7 homes above reservoir due to leaking fire hydrant. Operator seems unable to make the repair and the upper system loses pressure each time repairs are attempted. Further, the system is currently only supplied by one of two wells and has about 50psi. System needs 60psi to fill reservoir so customers are frequently out of water or have low pressure. The singe well appears unable to meet demand. I sent boil water for loss of pressure templates and information to all affected homeowners and HOA for distribution. I also took special distribution coliform samples 7/14/23 from two homes above reservoir and one home below. I was assured the hydrant was fixed, but I observed the hydrant and it is still leaking badly and a C-clamp is holding the hydrant head in place. System has been offered assistance by other local utilities but has declined. Currently system also has no certified operator and missed the the June monthly routine sample. I will continue to work closely with several stage agencies to rectify this problem.
