| Details: | Discuss the positive repeat coliform samples with operator. I did some troubleshooting with him as this system is on residual maintenance chlorination so it seemed unusual to have two coliform separate samples test positive. He did mention that the chlorine on both of these days were at a .2 mg/l. He will increase this concentration rate to .5 mg/l moving forward. I sent him a Level 1 coliform investigation form to be filled out. | ||
