Details:	I contacted the system because there hadn't been a response within 30 days to the survey report I sent dated June 15, 2023. I confirmed the system received the report, discussed the deficiencies cited in the survey and reminded him of the October 19,2023 deadline to either correct the rule deficiencies or have an approved corrective action in place.
