| Details: | 2022 CCR 07-18-2023-I emailed Crystal Figura, Langlois Water District Clerk, Reminding the system that they should submit a copy of their 2022 CCR to DWS. I informed Cristal that a 1-point violation was generated for not submitting a copy of their 2022 CCR by the due date July 1. The criteria to address this violation is turning in the 2022 CCR late, or the next one (next years). The system will also need to submit the certification of delivery by October 1, or a separate or additional violation will be issued. |
