| Details: | Received alert on 8/8/16 for a copper action level exceedance from samples collected on 7/13/16. The site that had the highest result that caused the ALE was a new sample location. Gary asked the homeowner how the sample was collected, and the customer said he let the tap flush for about a minute before collecting the sample, so it was not a first-draw sample. System to collect water quality parameters, lead and copper entry point samples. System to also collect two six-month rounds of ten lead and copper distribution samples.
