| Details: | I emailed Eric the following information regarding the missing routine coliform distribution sample for the second quarter of 2023: "The OHA DWP issued their monthly violation report. Tennis West received a violation for not submitting a routine coliform sample for the second quarter of this year. You will be getting an opportunity letter to submit a make-up sample. If two routine distribution samples are missed in a rolling year, then the DWP will change the coliform sampling schedule to monthly for one year and require a site visit. https://yourwater.oregon.gov/violsum.php?pwsno=93577 Please watch for the letter and have your contractor submit the make up sample. You will still be required to submit a 3rd quarter 2023 sample also. Please let me know if you have any questions." |
