| Details: | Called and left voice message for John asking for a call back to discuss the recent lead 90% exceedance. When John returns my call, I will evaluate whether the collected samples are valid and then instruct him on next steps. 7/27/23: All samples were determined to be valid and the WS now needs to provide notice and pursue treatment as required. Compliance letter from OHA scheduled to be sent on 7/31. I told John to contact me with any questions and also let him know that free assistance with the circuit rider program is available if needed. |
