| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Darryl Sykes from the City of Scappoose public works had requested circuit rider support to come out to their surface water treatment plant to demonstrate jar testing methods. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider made a site visit along with Greg Nieckarz of BWS to demonstrate jar testing methods. The city’s raw surface water was jar tested on the city’s 6 station jar tester with the city’s coagulant (alum) and several other coagulants.
