Details: I sent an email message to Mr. Kumar to alert him that the chlorine residual in the distribution system needs to be maintained at 0.2 mg/L or above. I was provided monitoring records that it was below 0.2 mg/L in the month of June. I let Mr. Kumar know to call me with any questions.
