| Details: | I contacted a system representative about the monthly exceedances of Arsenic MCL from February to December 2022 and the overdue Arsenic RAA public notices from Aug - Mar. The arsenic treatment system has been effective because monthly samples have been consistently measuring under the MCL for the past 6 months. If the monthly samples continue to measure in the same fashion, the RAA will soon be under the MCL. The previous system representative had not been aware that a public notice was still mandated until the RAA is under .010mg/L. The current system representative told me they will draft a public notice detailing the exceeded MCLs from Feb - Dec 2022 and send a copy to all residents. | ||
