| Details: | Spoke with the operator to let him know that the system has Lead & copper excursions. He indicated that the system has been having some issues. He will follow up with onsite staff & find out if the soda ash system is still having problems. He thought that the problem had been resolved. I let him know that this will be a violation & will impact his lead and copper sampling schedule. He indicated that he will follow up with me with further information. | ||
