| Details: | Called Dimitry at 9:43am on 7/21/23, voicemail box is not set up. Sent an email at 9:49am letting him know that triggered sample has still not been taken and reminded him to take it and get that in as soon as possible. Told Dimitry that repeat sample came back positive for TC and asked if he knows of any reason why there would be coliform in the system. Asked for a call back as soon as possible. Update (7/25/23): Called Dimitry at 4:45pm and reiterated the same information as above. Dimitry said he will check with Angela Roe to make sure that a triggered sample was taken and if it was not, he will get that submitted as soon as possible. Dimitry stated that he believes the TC+ came from a filter not being replaced, and stated that this will be done as soon as possible as well. Update (8/1/2023): Received a call from Dimitry and he stated that the distribution has been shock chlorinated and the filter has been replaced. The sample from the well came back clean. Explained the rules for Oregon Very Small Water systems - no other action is required. Operator will continue with quarterly sampling. - CT |
