| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator as a triggered well sample and 3 repeats were not submitted as required after the last total coliform positive sample. It was discussed that the facility is now responsible for conducting a level 1 investigation. A level 1 investigation form was emailed to the operator. Facility is in the process of switching from well water to municipal. It was discussed that the operator should take care of the requirements for Drinking water in the event that this switch continues to be delayed. It was discussed that as soon as this change occurs, the operator should contact me to update our records. |
