| Details: | April 11, 2023 survey for this new system noted no written ERP, CSP and O & M. Sonya was in office and showed me these documents on the templates. We discussed specifics of the CSP and how to use the ERP for disruptions of normal water service. The O & M for this small system just lists routine operational tasks and specifics such as where to take samples as there are only 2 good sampling sinks. Still need to verify location of pressure tank and make sure inside and above grade. |
