| Details: | I tried reaching out to the system using the phone number in the system several times, it does not appear to be active. I sent an email explaining the positive tests and that a level one investigation is triggered, and how to complete it. I also asked for a better phone number to reach him at. I have gotten through using the public available number for the bar itself, but the bar opens late in the day and the people working the bar cannot connect me directly to Mr. Salberg either. | ||
