| Details: | I spoke with Mr. Farmer on the phone. He explained that he had tried to return my call earlier in the month after the positive test but he reached someone else and that message never reached me. He told me that he made a mistake and contaminated the bottle when testing, but submitted it anyway and that he did submit a repeat test to the lab on 7/27 which I confirmed with the lab and it came back absent for coliform. I informed him that the level 1 investigation was triggered and gave him my correct contact information. | ||
